Ozemio partnered with the client to build a comprehensive, multilingual eLearning program titled “CO₂ Emissions Regulatory Framework in Europe”. It’s a 60-minute self-paced training designed to break down complex regulations into easily digestible, technically accurate content. The solution was fully aligned with the client’s operational goals, regulatory obligations, and audience needs. Key features of the solution included:  

1. Instructional Design Approach 

• Modular structure: The course was divided into six sequential learning segments, each focused on key regulatory pillars — including EU regulations, the VECTO tool, vehicle testing, certification, VTP/CoP, reporting, and emission targets — allowing learners to build knowledge progressively. 
• Visual storytelling: Complex concepts were transformed using full-screen infographics, vehicle-specific visuals, and narrative elements, helping users connect abstract ideas to real-world applications. 
• Interactive learning: To boost engagement, the course included click-through diagrams, tab-based activities, and scenario-driven content, allowing users to explore regulatory elements at their own pace. 
• Assessment and validation: A final knowledge check with an 80% pass threshold validated learning outcomes and readiness for practical application. 
• Learning support materials: Downloadable PDFs were provided for each module, enabling offline reference and deeper learning beyond the digital module.
