He is a trustee of the Kutchi Jain Foundation (KJF) that provides housing to 2500 underprivileged families in Mumbai, India. Shashi is an Engineering and Management graduate, a Six Sigma professional, and a trained agile practitioner. During the initial years of his career, he worked with several globally accredited organizations before joining MRCC in 2018. Shashi has also led operations for large Learning consulting organizations in the past, further adding to his expertise in the industry.
As Senior Vice President at MRCC, Shashi plays a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. With over 20+ years of experience in L&D, Anurag heads the pre-sales team. He works closely with sales team to create a custom solution to suit specific scenarios. Anurag carries extensive hands-on experience in creating organization development intervention, business critical learning solution, learning/training Need Analysis, Training Evaluation, Training Consulting, E-learning, and Content Development in leadership roles.
He has managed training functions of different business verticals for their training and development needs. He has led teams for L&D function and managed teams to provide L&D solutions to global clients. Other than his core instructional design expertise, he is well versed with change management practices.
Anurag has been instrumental in envisioning and implementing multiple learning transformation projects that were of strategic importance to our clients. Coaching and Mentoring team members comes naturally to him. Anurag is Master of Science and a certified master practitioner of Design Thinking.
With over 7 years of professional experience, Jinal gained expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Working Capital Management, Financial Reporting, Secretarial, Legal, and Compliance. In addition, she also successfully managed large teams in her previous roles. Currently, at MRCC, Jinal is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing P&L, enhancing working capital productivity, increasing shareholder value, strengthening governance, and supporting various technology initiatives.
Prior to joining MRCC, Jinal worked with globally renowned firms such as KPMG and Deloitte. Jinal is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
Naveen is an experienced Learning Professional with over 18 years of experience in the Learning arena and a strong background in Instructional Design, Project Management, delivery management, and operations management. He leads the global team of Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, and Programmers to manage the design and development of training/learning` solutions.
He has a track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction. With a deep knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, Naveen has successfully managed many learning design and development projects with a sharp focus on time, quality, and cost. He is an expert in performing multiple roles at the same time - bringing in his instructional design knowledge to conduct gap analysis exercises and recommend strong training design, while using his project management skills to manage project scope and objectives, create and maintain schedules, and manage day-to-day operations.
