Ozemio launched the immensely popular HR event named as ‘Combat’ in July’2017 which captivated huge interest among all employees- owning to the excitement about the event and a chance for all to showcase their talents beyond the realms of work.
The great initiative taken by the HR department at Ozemio bore fruitful outcomes by bringing everyone together on a single platform. Every employee, from executive to the top-level management, participated with full enthusiasm to stay ahead in the competition. Leaderboards were introduced after each activity to individual scores of different teams, thereby resulting in increased collaboration and engagement among all.
