We received this award for leading insurance provider for medical professionals, Physicians’ Reciprocal Insurance. It is a professional liability carrier, the 2nd largest carrier in New York state. Ozemio collaborated with PRI to develop highly engaging and personalized training courses on Malpractice Litigation for doctors/physicians who might/might not have been sued. The focus was to help doctors gain mastery in their domain if they face malpractice litigation.

The mandatory training on Medical Malpractice Litigation was delivered to around 5000 doctors and medical professionals who were mostly above 50 years of age. At the program evaluation stage, 95.15% of physicians rated the course as either Excellent. Also, 90% of physicians strongly agreed that they could easily manage the initial stages of the malpractice lawsuit, the deposition, the trial process, and handle malpractice litigations in the future as well.
