July 3, 2023We are thrilled to inform you that Ozemio has won another feather in its cap by securing an “Outstanding Learners Engagement Journey 201” award at the revered 2nd Edition L&D Neuro Excellence Awards 2021!
Learner engagement measures the level and standard of a learner’s involvement in a course and other facets of the learning experience. It also represents a learner’s immersion and participation in the course, measured by the interactions attempted and the fulfillment of the other metrics such as time, return on learning, etc. In other words, a high learner engagement quotient denotes an encouraging learning environment where learning thrives seamlessly and successfully.
Ozemio has won this award for scoring highest in learner engagement journey for two customized eLearning programs.
One program was created to train learners on the dangers of Phishing and stay safe from them. The program’s goal was to educate employees on Cybersecurity to prevent phishing attempts on their computers and save time and energy for the IT team in solving problems caused by phishing or malware issues.
The other program was created for General Product Code Training. A Product Code is what dealers use to place an order for a computer. The code contains vital details such as product type, control position, sequence, country and numeric code, color, and heat source. The purpose of the learning intervention was to train learners on this essential information to place the order easily and quickly.
