For eCompetency, Ozemio created a well-structured, game-based competency assessment for the care workers, making it easy to reuse and update. Further, the reusability feature also allowed the client to host the game on different Learning Management Systems, thereby amending the branding/design of the game.
Manish Gupta, CEO, Ozemio Solutions shared his happiness saying “Despite the global crisis, Ozemio’s focus remains to innovate and develop through technology and content in the e-learning sector. Paul Blane, Managing Director, eCompetency, celebrated the win by saying, “Being recognized and receiving such an esteemed award is the icing on the cake for 2020. We set out on a journey in 2019 to make our vision of what staff competency should look like, a reality. Working alongside a fantastic organization such as G-Cube has made it all possible. I am delighted to see businesses adopting eCompetency and using it to transform how they educate their workforces to perform at the highest skill level. It’s a revolution to change the way we train. If someone knows the alphabet, let them prove it! Don’t send them back to a classroom to learn it again. Target and invest where upskilling is needed within individuals, that’s our moto and eCompetency is the tool to enable you to do it.”
