In order to arrive at a skills baseline, we create and monitor the competency framework, skills, knowledge, and behavior of the employees as well as the organization.

We also conduct various types of assessments such as performance reviews, skill assessments, behavioral assessments, and a 360-degree assessment to validate and assess the current level of skills in an organization.


Critical Examination

With data in hand, our team compares the gaps between the business needs and prioritises urgent training needs for both soft and technical skills. This includes looking both within the organization as well as externally.


Implementation and Evaluation

Finally, a complete implementation plan is created to address identified training and learning needs, with role-wise outcomes. This includes a focus on training, mentoring, and coaching.
